Week 33

We are officially 33 weeks pregnant this week! Only 7 more weeks to go and counting. I can not wait until Carter arrives. I'm starting to get ansty and sore. We are praying that he stays in for another 5 weeks because that's when I'll be done with my MBA. So far, all the signs look good and he's growing perfectly according to our doctor. Nothing new on our end. I just got back from a trip to California for my Uncle Jim's 70th birthday party. It was great to see family and spend time with them! I think that is the last plane ride I will be taking though until after Carter arrives. We are almost done with the baby room. Andy's mom is coming up next week and she's bringing artwork her and Andy's dad made for us! I can't wait to get that and put it in the baby room because once that's done we'll finally have the baby room finished except for the curtains! that will be a huge relief. Here are more pics from Ferrel Photography of Andy and I. In a couple of them, Andy is sporting a pretty cool beard! he was out working at the vineyard for 2 weeks and no one shaves out there during crush...so he did the same. I thought it was pretty cute, but I didn't like the way it felt when he kissed me, so it was short lived.

Carter Updates

Today officially marks the beginning of the 8th month for Carter, Andy and myself. I really can't believe we only have 8 weeks to go! I'm starting to get big and have hit the 25 lbs weight gain mark. I can't wait until Carter arrives so I can start getting this weight off! I am having my baby shower in a few weeks! Andy's mom is coming out and bringing some pictures and knicks knacks that her and Andy's dad handmade for us! I can't wait to see them and put them up in the baby room...We'll post some baby room pictures as soon as we have those up. I think I've started the whole "nesting" phenomenon....the other morning I woke up at 5am asking Andy if he wanted to help me clean out one of my closests....I'm sure you know the answer I received. On Thursday, we finally finished registering! I can't believe how much stuff their is. Our friend's Jeremy and Alicia and their new baby Hanna helped us finish up the task. Thank goodness for them, otherwise I probably would have gotten as far down the rows as I did the last time I went there. Babies R Us is too much for this mom!
